Action Music?

I am FINALLY getting around to cleaning up the blog a bit. I stumbled across the 'Action Music' at the bottom of the page. Do you guys want to keep or get rid of that?
I'm leaning towards get rid of, because it seems like nobody ever uses it, but I could be wrong.

Blogging Time!! Yay!

Well.. My school has a 4 day weekend this weekend.. So I am hoping to get some blogging time in to clear up the clan and such. So, be looking forward to some new stuff around here!
Also, if you have requested to claim a cat in June or any month up to October, please comment again if that would be okay, there have been people wanting to claim cats that commented like 3 months ago. So, I don't know if they still are on and stuff..

SkyStar Is The Worst Leader.. Ever.

I have realized by now I am probably the worst leader that has ever been leader.
Why I suck so so much?
I don't have a clue.
I do realize I don't deserve to be leader anymore, and I don't even know if I am, but I would like to say two things.
1. Sorry. (I bet you guessed that)
2. I am back.

My life has been... hectic? Is that the word for it? I suppose so.
I realized there are some very cool people that would like to join (or should I say cats?)
I will try (and I will) to get things back in the swing of things (why did I just say that..) as soon as possible.

This probably made no sense what-so-ever. Oh well..

REVIVAL!!! FOR NARNIA!!!

Hi it's Wolf, original leader of RainClan(Reedstar). I've been retired a long time, now I'm visiting. Well, this place has been abandoned for a long while and now there are new people who want to roleplay, so lemme recap.
a) I've decided you can make a cat AS LONG AS YOU ALSO CLAIM ONE. We have way too many unclaimed and we can't just add more, so just do this please! :) Also if you make one- no unnatural eye colors, powers, or godmodding. Unnatural fur colors/patterns are fine.

b) I'm going to contact Skystar, and if she doesn't reply soon, we will most likely have to make a new leader, and it will be one of you new roleplayers here. So here's what I'll do: whichever one of you I see best fit as leader, will be the new leader- every warrior has an equal chance. I had rules about roleplaying well, so I'll probably choose the best roleplayer(you can find these rules on the rules page, haha)

c) Whoever wins as leader may choose their deputy.

Dear, Rainclan

Rainclan, I am VERY sorry I have NOT BEEN ON AT ALL!

My family is moving to Texas and I am busy. So, that leaves 0 time for Rainclan. :o
I WILL be on very soon. I PROMISE!!!
As for my deputy, (If I am still leader.. Someone may have booted me or something. idk.) I have decided. I will announce her/him ASAP.
I can't apologize how sorry I am.

Deputy

I will announce the next deputy of Rainclan soon. It has been a while since I have been on Blogger because I got a virus from trying to download a MOD for Minecraft (yes, I play MC). So, my computer had a virus for a while, and my mom never could get around to fixing it. Now it's fixed!

 I also have two questions.

Wolf, may I put up a poll asking what deputy the bloggers think should be deputy?

Anyone, do you know what happened to Storm WG Henry? I haven't seen him blogging since a while ago.

New Leader- Skystar!

Stormbreeze found Skybranch. "I need to talk to you," He said urgently. "We have no leader or deputy. I think-"
"You have to be the next leader of RainClan," Reedstar mewed, walking through the trees towards them. No one else seemed to see her.
"I say these words before StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of this choice. The new leader of RainClan is Skybranch."

Remember to choose your deputy and make a bunch of ceremonies! :P

Not Posting For 3 Days

Wolf and other members of this clan,
I will not be able to do my leaderly business from tomorrow (Friday) till Monday. I have a grade trip to SpaceCamp and have no computer access. I CAN view the blog from my iPod or KindleFire but can't post.. :*(

It's a 6 hour bus trip with my best friends though.. So wee.

Flicker's Lost Days

(I'm going to write a story about Flicker's time apart from the Clan. This is the prologue, and if you like it ill post the whole story somewhere... Not sure where yet)
PROLOGUE
The darkness seeped through her mind, washing over her memories. Her sisters, parents, and clan slowly ebbed away. Flashes darted in and out. A gray and white tabby soothed her quietly, then wisped away like sand silently brushed away by a breeze. It was soon replaced by a blue tinged forest, one that had been destroyed by a fire many moons ago. The frost laden air bit at her skin, penetrating the soft, silky kit fur that still swathed her body. The kit was roughly clutched in a pair of large jaws, and she swung wildly as they tore through the forest. Her heart fluttered with terror, and she felt a trickle of blood dribble down her scruff. The small kit squeezed her eyes shut.
The memory dissolved, and the black once again shadowed her past. Her mind remained darkened this time; no memory awakened to free her from the vast, throbbing unknown that shaded the warm and welcoming known. Not a thought stirred in these murky and sinister waters.
Hours could have past, maybe even days. But there was no sense of time in the dark; even if there had been, the small cat would have found that she was lost in this place longer than she- or anyone else- would have ever thought.

Resigning

Guys, I'm resigning as leader of RainClan. I'm going to tie up the loose ends at the battle, so don't worry. I know I never assigned a deputy; I was trying to choose between two people for a long time. By now though, I know who it needs to be in order to keep RainClan alive for a long time. I want Skybranch to succeed me as deputy and then leader. Keep up with my last posts, and you'll see it there.

I'll miss you guys and RainClan,

Character Update

CGB has quit, therefore disowning her characters, Freshsnow, Emberglow, and Frostkit. May StarClan light your path!

Fernstar and I have been planning, and we think it's about time RainClan's had a battle. Hence, next Gathering, HiddenClan and us will fight. That way, we can also get rid of some of our unused or old characters. Does that sound okay to everyone?

Playlist

It's at the bottom of the page. ->I made a playlist to listen to music on, or for when you have a post that would have a good soundtrack to it, and you want others to read it with the music. When you make the post, just ask the other bloggers to play that song while they read your post, just to mix it up a little bit. If you want you can request songs to put on here, just please don't give me a huge list at once.
I made a test run post see how well it works.

I'm going to put Fernleaf up when she inherits the name "star". As you can see I've already made Stormbreeze official medicine cat and such. Soon Fernleaf will also have to choose a new deputy.

Important Info

Fawndash ran away from the Clan, Fernleaf became new deputy, Flickerheart returned and killed Reedstar. I think that sums it up nicely. Oh and we have a new Blogger named Ravenfrost who plays Dawnsong, so welcome her into RainClan!

Snow Day

Me, Fawndash, and a friend who wants to join will be off of school today, so we'll probably be on. If you ever have a snow day, feel free to post during the day so the rest of us have something new to write on when we come back.

New Bloggers

So, we're most likely going to get some new bloggers soon, so if your one of em, this post will help you. If you're not one of them, ignore this post. :)
So, roleplaying (rp for short) is basically a collaborative story. Someone will write a paragraph, publish it (more commonly known as "posting a comment"), and then another person will read it then write their own paragraph and post/publish it.
With roleplaying, there will be a plot, and your paragraph is about how your character reacts to it, and it forms the story. For instance if the plot were about a fox attack, I might reply,
Reedstar shouted, "Splashwave, Stormshadow, and Fernleaf, guard the nursery!" As they did so, she rushed to the elder's den to make sure they were safe."
Next up: you may have three characters, as long as they are "unclaimed". Meaning, they currently don't belong to anyone and are open to claim. Also, in your paragraph, don't play other people's character in a way that is significant for the plot. By significant, I mean killing or hurting or flat out playing their character. Now, you can if it's something small like the other character replied to a comment or twitches their tail or something like that.
To comment/post your paragraph, you type it in the "Post a Comment" box. Then go to the small white box beneath that that says "Comment As:" and it'll show a scroll down menu. Choose "Name/URL", and enter the name you want to go by(it doesn't have to be your real name). Ignore the "URL" box. Go down to where it says "Publish" and wait for you comment to show up.
If you have questions, feel free to ask; it's a lot to take in. Otherwise go ahead to "Claim a Cat/How to Join" at the top and choose your characters.

I've made a totally new setup for one on one rp, and I hope you enjoy it. Also Ravenwing has had her kits, I've gotten one of them up. And guys, please post on warrior gatherings! We need people to.
Lastly, the new deputy is soon to be announced. 

Gathering

Reedstar looked up at her deputy suddenly realizing it was a Gathering. “Great StarClan!” She said. “Thanks for reminding me, Minnowleap. Come on, lets get some warriors together to go.”

She brushed past him and called, “Fernleaf, Skybranch, Splashwave, Emberpaw, Shalepaw, and of course Minnowlep will come to the Gathering tonight,” 

The cats assembled, and without a thought of her absent medicine cats or the crestfallen look on Minnowleap’s face, she flitted out of camp.

Rain clan mobile

So I've been spending sometime on my IPhone, seeing how well Rainclan's mobile version works. If you've tried it before from a phone, iPod, tablet, or anything like that, you know what I'm talking about. Clearly, It needs some work because you can't see the cbox or post a comment from it. I tried fixing it, but there's really nothing I can do about it. so I just disabled the web version. That way whenever you get on RainClan on a mobile device, it comes up like the web version; unfortunately, you still can't post a comment on there, but you can post a cbox comment.
 Btw, I'll tell you guys the new deputy soon but be patient; I have a few loose ends I still need to tie.
